To reserve an apartment, you must submit an application to the onsite building manager or to the main office.

Additionaly, you must remit a $500 reservation deposit and $ 30 credit check fee per occupant.
This can be done via cash or check by contacting us. Or, Credit card & money transfers which can be paid below.
No application will be processed without a reservation deposit and credit check fee.
